Will Forte Reacts to ‘Coyote vs. Acme’ Being Saved After Warner Bros. Scrapped It

Will Forte, star of the upcoming Looney Tunes movie ‘Coyote vs. Acme,’ has expressed his amazement and gratitude after the film was rescued by Ketchup Entertainment. The movie, which features Forte alongside John Cena, was initially shelved by Warner Bros. in late 2023 as part of a $115 million writedown, making it seem like it would never see the light of day. However, a social media campaign rallied support for the project, leading to a deal between Ketchup Entertainment and Warner Bros. for the worldwide distribution rights. Forte, who had previously expressed frustration over the film’s shelving, is now overjoyed that it will be released. He thanked Ketchup Entertainment and vowed to promote the film enthusiastically, even suggesting he would do anything, from promoting the movie to climbing Mount Everest. Directed by Dave Green and produced by James Gunn, the movie does not yet have an official release date, but the film’s revival has garnered significant attention in Hollywood, turning it into one of the most anticipated animated films in recent years.
