Jurassic World Rebirth Now Available Digitally Following Box Office Success
Jurassic World Rebirth, the latest installment in the Jurassic Park franchise, is now available to watch on digital platforms like Prime Video just over four weeks after its theatrical release. The film introduces new characters portrayed by Jonathan Bailey, Scarlett Johansson, and Mahershala Ali, who are part of a task force on a mission to collect DNA from some of the most dangerous dinosaurs on Earth. Despite some critical remarks about the film’s familiarity and lack of originality, it has been a box office hit, grossing over $750 million globally. This success places it as the fourth highest grossing film of 2025, trailing behind popular family movies such as Ne Zha 2, Lilo & Stitch, and A Minecraft Movie. Additionally, Scarlett Johansson has extended her record as the highest grossing lead actor. While there is no confirmed streaming release date, it is expected that the film will join Peacock’s platform around November, following Universal’s typical release strategy. Fans can also look forward to a 4K steelbook and Blu-ray edition available from September 9. The franchise continues to thrive, with potential future sequels and related projects including efforts to bring Jurassic Park concepts into real life by notable filmmakers.
