Bhairavam Earns ₹7.5 Cr in 3 Days at Indian Box Office
The Telugu film ‘Bhairavam’, directed by Vijay Kanakamedala and featuring Bellamkonda Sreenivas, Nara Rohith, Aditi Shankar, Divya Pillai, and Vennela Kishore, has shown steady performance at the Indian box office in its first three days. According to early estimates, the film earned ₹2.6 crore on its opening day (Friday), followed by ₹2.4 crore on Saturday and ₹2.5 crore on Sunday, totaling approximately ₹7.5 crore in India net collection over the weekend. Despite a slight dip on the second day, the film recovered modestly on Sunday.
Telugu occupancy rates on Day 3 averaged 25.57% across regions, with higher engagement in areas like Guntur (43.5%), Vizag (35.5%), and Chennai (38.67%). Major cities like Hyderabad and Vijayawada also posted solid attendance figures. Lower attendance was noted in cities such as Nizamabad and Mumbai.
‘Bhairavam’ has garnered positive audience interest despite the lack of major star power, suggesting a decent word-of-mouth effect. It was produced by Sri Sathya Sai Arts and is currently playing in Telugu 2D format across India. Overseas and gross worldwide figures are not yet confirmed. The film’s performance over the coming weekdays will be crucial in determining its long-term success.
