During the premiere of their film ‘Caught Stealing’ in London, Austin Butler intervened when a bee caused a brief scare for Zoë Kravitz. While the two posed for photos, the bee became a distraction, initially focusing on Kravitz before buzzing around Butler. Despite the potential danger, Butler remained calm, attempting to wave the insect away. The bee eventually flew off without causing any harm. This is not the first time Butler has had a memorable interaction with a bee on the red carpet. Back in May at the Cannes Film Festival, Butler tried to protect Emma Stone from a similar situation. In that instance, Stone was visibly nervous as the bee neared her, but Butler’s efforts to shoo it away were unsuccessful. On a professional note, Butler has been promoting his role in Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Caught Stealing,’ where he plays a former baseball player turned bartender. The actor even gained 35 pounds for the role to reflect the character’s troubled lifestyle. Meanwhile, rumors of a romance between Butler and Kravitz have sparked after their public appearances together, although sources indicate that their relationship is not serious. Kravitz is still recovering from her breakup with Channing Tatum in October 2024, and this relationship with Butler seems to be more about fun and companionship than romance.
