The latest installment of the Jurassic World franchise, ‘Jurassic World Rebirth,’ is making a massive impact at the global box office. The movie is on track for a $312.5M opening, making it the second-largest global opening of 2025, following the Minecraft Movie. With a strong overseas showing, the movie has earned $171.3M internationally, marking the second-highest international opening of the year. ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ dominated multiple markets, including China, where it took in $33.7M so far, securing a 50% market share. Other territories like Australia, Korea, Mexico, and the UK have also contributed significantly to its international total. The film’s performance is notably impressive, especially in comparison to other big titles released this year, including Lilo & Stitch and Ne Zha 2. In countries like France, Germany, and Spain, the film continues to outpace other competitors, asserting its dominance. Despite a heatwave affecting Germany, the film still performed well, with $3.6M in its first three days. Overall, ‘Jurassic World Rebirth’ is poised to continue its strong run, making it one of the most successful films in the franchise.
