Final Destination Bloodlines to Stream on HBO Max Starting August 1

The latest installment of the Final Destination franchise, ‘Final Destination Bloodlines,’ will begin streaming on HBO Max on August 1, 2025, after a 77-day theatrical window. The film, which has grossed over $285 million worldwide, will also make its linear debut on HBO on August 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky, the movie stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana as Stefani, a college student plagued by a violent recurring nightmare. She seeks the help of her grandmother, Iris, to break the cycle and save her family from a grisly fate. The film’s screenplay was written by Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, and its story was created by Jon Watts, Busick, and Evans Taylor. The movie follows a familiar premise of the Final Destination series, with death relentlessly pursuing its victims. Alongside its streaming release, the Final Destination movies will be broadcast on HBO’s linear channel on August 2, including all five previous films in the series. Fans of the horror franchise will have the chance to catch up on the entire collection before watching the newest chapter. The film was made available digitally on June 17 and is also available on DVD and Blu-Ray as of July 22.
