Blake Lively’s Civil Trial Against Justin Baldoni Scheduled to Last Several Weeks

Blake Lively is set to face Justin Baldoni in a federal court trial in New York starting 18 May 2026, concerning allegations of harassment on the set of their film ‘It Ends With Us’ and an ensuing smear campaign. Judge Lewis Liman has cautioned that the proceedings may extend over three to four weeks, with jurors expected to attend court five days a week, finishing early on Fridays.
