BAFTA Film Awards 2026: Full List of Winners Announced

Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Frankenstein’ also took three technical prizes in Costume Design, Make-up and Hair, and Production Design. ‘Hamnet’, directed by Chloé Zhao, earned two wins: Outstanding British Film and Leading Actress for Jessie Buckley in her portrayal of Agnes Shakespeare. ‘I Swear’ stood out with Robert Aramayo winning Leading Actor in a surprise victory over nominees like Timothée Chalamet and Leonardo DiCaprio, plus the public-voted EE Rising Star Award. Other notable categories included Best Film Not in the English Language for ‘Sentimental Value’ and Documentary for ‘Mr Nobody Against Putin’. The event showcased a mix of Hollywood blockbusters, independent films, and British productions, with stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, and Jessie Buckley attending the red carpet.
