Ariana Grande Joins Cast of ‘Meet the Parents 4’ Alongside Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro
Ariana Grande, widely known for her chart-topping music career and recent acclaimed performance in ‘Wicked,’ is set to star in the upcoming comedy sequel ‘Meet the Parents 4.’ She will join original stars Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro, who return as the iconic in-law duo for their fourth film together. Universal Pictures has scheduled the movie for release on November 25, 2026, reuniting fans with the beloved Focker and Byrnes families. While plot details are mostly under wraps, it has been revealed that Grande will play the fiancée of the son of Teri Polo and Ben Stiller’s characters, described as a strong-willed woman who appears to be a mismatch for him. Blythe Danner and Teri Polo, both veterans of the franchise, are expected to return, though negotiations are ongoing. Behind the camera, John Hamburg, who has been involved with the series since its inception, is set to write and direct, while original director Jay Roach will serve as a producer. Other producers include De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, Ben Stiller, John Lesher, and Hamburg himself. Grande’s casting follows her recent Oscar-nominated performance in ‘Wicked,’ and she is set to reprise her role in its sequel in 2025. ‘Meet the Parents 4’ is highly anticipated by fans of the franchise and comedy lovers alike.
